Paul Cutler - Barrister

I am a barrister in full time practice at the NSW Bar. I am a member of Edmund Barton Chambers which is conveniently located in the MLC Centre in Sydney’s Martin Place.

I accept instructions in all jurisdictions (except for serious crime and personal injury). I consider myself a “commercial equity” lawyer. I do some family law property matters and my specialty is corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.

I also have expertise in administrative law generally (and migration law in particular) and will advise or appear in merits review and judicial review cases. I am a registered  migration  agent (MARN 0101077).

I blog regularly about migration law and policy and also maintain a barrister’s blog which looks at the lighter side of law. Links to the blogs appear in the top menu.

You are also welcome to link with me on Linkedin or to follow me on Twitter.
